All memberships include the following orientation with a personal trainer to ensure that you learn proper use of the equipment and get the most out of your workouts!
 
EQUIPMENT ORIENTATION
This orientation covers use of the strength training circuit. A trainer will review strength training guidelines, benefits, and proper use of the machines. The foundations of strength training including: sets, repetitions, weight, and rest period will be explained to help you continue the program and progress on your own.

COMPLIMENTARY INTRODUCTORY SESSIONS WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER (CIS)
Some members are eligible to receive two 30-minute complimentary sessions
with a certified personal trainer. The complimentary sessions are designed
to teach you appropriate exercise guidelines based on your current fitness
level and goals. The trainer will develop a safe and effective workout that
addresses your individual goals and concerns. PLEASE NOTE: Complimentary
Personalized Training sessions have a 30 day expiration date.
