Small Group Personal Training

The Leading Edge is excited to offer Small Group Personal Training! Our nationally recognized Personal Trainers have designed these group series for our members. Our Small Group Training is progressive, personal and affordable. Progressive workouts allow you to learn and build upon new skills and techniques each week. These personal groups allow the trainer to focus on individuals strengths, weaknesses, and fitness level. Specialty Group training provides you with an affordable way to reach your goals. Groups have a maximum of 6 participants. Groups run for 4 consecutive weeks.
 
F.I.T (Fitness Interval Training)
Do you want to get FIT? This workout is 50 minutes in length. F.I.T sessions combine both cardiovascular (on a treadmill, elliptical or a stationary bike) and strength interval training in one workout in order to gain the highest calorie burn. F.I.T training focuses on weight loss, cardiovascular fitness, and total body strength. If you aren't getting the results you would like on your own, then F.I.T Training is for you. You will challenge yourself each session and leave with a great sense of accomplishment. F.I.T training is for everyone. Exercises are modified for all levels and abilities. Participants may attend any of the F.I.T sessions offered on the monthly schedule.

Cycle F.I.T. (Fitness Interval Training)
Tired of doing "the same old thing”? Do you want to burn more calories? Do you want to gain more strength? Do you want someone to give you the extra encouragement so you get more out of your workout? Cycle F.I.T. gives you all of these things! Alternate between cardiovascular intervals on a bike and strength intervals off the bike. The small group setting is perfect for a lot of individualized attention and "fine tuning".

Introductory TRX Bootcamp
Get amazing results while learning everything you need to know to become stronger, using TRX Suspension trainers, body weight plyometrics, stability balls, medicine balls, and BOSU trainers. Circuit format training is an effective and efficient way to add strength, cardiovascular and stability training in your exercise routine. Small groups of no more than 6 people are a great way to gain motivation, accountability and socialize while getting fit.
