Our Small Group Personal Training is  personal, progressive, and affordable. Progressive workouts allow you to learn and build upon new skills and techniques each week. These personal groups allow the trainer to focus on individuals strengths, weaknesses, and fitness levels. Small group training provides you with an affordable way to reach your goals.

F.I.T. Cycle
Combines cardiovascular interval training drills on a spin bike and strength circuit training in order to achieve the highest calorie burn. F.I.T training focuses on weight loss, cardiovascular fitness, and total body strength. If you aren't getting the results you would like on your own, then F.I.T Training is for you. You will challenge yourself each session and leave feeling with a sense of accomplishment. Suitable for all levels and abilities.

F.I.T. Bootcamp
Challenge yourself with bootcamp style cardio and strength training. F.I.T. Bootcamp uses interval training, functional strength, and agility drills to shred through calories and strengthen the entire body. Suitable for all levels and abilities.

F.I.T. Yoga
Zen meets zoom! Your instructor will combine a variety of cardio drills with yoga inspired movements and postures designed to increase flexibility, strengthen core, and improve balance. Build both your cardio fitness and your yoga practice. Suitable for all levels and abilities.

Turbo Kick and Sculpt - New!
Turbo Kick® is a combination of intense kickboxing moves, as well as, dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It's the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that's a unique blend of intense intervals strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down. Turbo Kick® requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment.
