Anne graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.  After working as an engineer she discovered that, although very profitable, left her feeling unfulfilled.  Instead, she decided to pursue her love of fitness and deep desire to help people, to become a trainer.  Anne has been a trainer for the past 7 years across the country from Montana to Maryland.  She has developed programs for a variety of people during this time, ranging from an 80 year old woman who wanted to canoe to moms who are trying to chase after their kids while losing their "baby weight”.  Aside from training, Anne has been a group exercise instructor teaching boot camp, strength and toning, ab class, circuit training, youth fitness and teen strength training. Through her years of experience she has learned that everyone is different and designing a good exercise program is only part of the key to achieving results.  Developing relationships with her clients is a very important part of her programs.

Anne is passionate about being healthy and specializes in clients who want to make a positive change in their life for their health and wellbeing.  She has a strong belief that achieving a healthy lifestyle will help prevent disease and other issues.  Due to her personal experience with cancer , she is currently studying to become a Cancer Exercise Specialist.  Anne is excited about joining the Leading Edge team.
