The Leading Edge Investment Plan: Plan on Your Fitness
 
The Leading Edge is offering a new way to pay for personal training based on an investment plan. The more you invest in your fitness the less you have to pay! You choose how many times you would like to train a month: 4, 8, or 12 times a month and for how many months 3, 6 or 12 months and the trainer will do the rest. We will also offer a percentage down plan. Prior to your first training session anywhere from 10-100 percent down on the package you chose can be paid and the remaining cost will be applied to your Monthly EFT.

Meet Our Trainers

 

 

Tammy Russin

Tammy is currently studying to complete her certifications through the American Council on Exercise and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Tammy has a passion for creating a fun, interactive and motivating atmosphere in her classes and is most recently certified in Turbo Kick®. She is pursuing certifications in PiYo and Zumba in 2012.

Tammy is multi-talented. She grew up playing softball, field hockey, and was on her high school ski team for several years. She has been a paralegal for several lawyers as well as a manicurist for many years while her children were growing up. Tammy's passion for a healthy lifestyle started when she gained weight after having three children and getting caught up in family life. She was able to lose an amazing 80 pounds through re-educating herself in nutrition and exercise programs.

Tammy's goal is to treat the body as a whole from the inside out.

 

 

Lindsey Gomes
ACE Certified

Lindsey is certified through the American Council on Excercise as a personal trainer, and studying for the National Academy of Sports Medicine certification. She has studied in program design, sporty psychology, nutrition and kinesiology. She has a B.S. from Metropolitan State College of Denver in Colorado where she grew up and is finishing her M.B.A. from Daniel Webster College in New Hampshire. She grew up playing soccer, basketball and tennis. She was firstseed varsity on the tennis team all four years in high school, was third in state, and played her first year of college. Her other interests include: trail running, skiing, hiking fourteeners, Krav Maga, yoga and playing with her dogs.

She believes both short-term and long-term goals are important and acheived through nutrition, excercise and positive attitude. She has an understanding for how hard it can be to reach weigtht loss goals as she has first hand experience, and has a passion with helping others acheive the results they want.
